This is an appeal from a judgment of. the Circuit Court of Ogle County in favor of appellee for $150 damages caused by the loss of her clothing in a fíré which it is alleged was originated by the wires of the appellant, the Byron Telephone Company. When the appellant originally installed its telephone system in the city of Byron a ground wire was put in for each ’phone.
