The plaintiff, Darlene Forsythe, appeals from a summary judgment for the defendant, BaneBoston Mortgage Corporation (“BancBoston”). Forsythe sued on behalf of herself and the estate of her husband, Thomas Forsythe, for breach of contract, breach of implied covenant of good faith, breach of fiduciary duty, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
