This is an action seeking reimbursement of funeral expenses and compensation payments for which plaintiff insurance company is liable arising out of the accidental death of John Conway, who was electrocuted by contact with a high-tension wire while working on the roof of a building at Mancelona, Michigan, on July 24, 1946.
