Sproul, Jr., appeals here from a determination of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review denying him unemployment compensation upon the ground that his voluntary separation from work was “without cause of a necessitous and compelling nature” within the meaning of Section 402(b) (1) of the Unemployment Compensation Law, Act of December 5, 1936, Second Exec.
