This matter is before the court on defendant’s motion for reconsideration of the order denying summary judgment on copyright infringement (Doc. #581) and defendant’s motion for reconsideration or certification pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b) of the order denying summary judgment on patent infringement and antitrust claims (Doc. # 583).
