— After hitting Heather Giaudrone and her roommate, Jane Vollant, about the head with a metal bar, Douglas Gohl was charged with two counts of attempted first degree murder, two counts of first degree assault, and one count of first degree burglary. Gohl appeals, arguing that the convictions on both the murder and assault charges constitute double jeopardy; that the trial court erred in imposing consecutive deadly weapon enhancements; and that the evidence was insufficient to prove that Gohl entered the apartment without permission.
