Indiana Court of Appeals

OPINION
BRADFORD, Judge.
Appellant-Petitioner Terry Leather-wood appeals from the denial of his petition for post-conviction relief (“PCR”). Leatherwood contends that the post-conviction court erred in refusing to apply the holding of Fajardo v. State, 859 N.E.2d 1201 (Ind.2007), that an amendment of substance to a charging information will be allowed no later than thirty days prior to the omnibus date. In this case of first impression, we affirm.
