Healix Infusion Therapy, Inc., and HHI Infusion Services compete in’ the infusion therapy services business. Infusion therapy is the administration of substances such as pharmaceuticals intravenously or by any method other than ingestion. Some medical care providers wish to offer these services to patients in the office of their medical practice. For instance, an oncologist’s office might have an area where patients can receive intravenous chemotherapy.
