OPINION ON MERITS

Crumpacker, P. J.

The appellants, as heirs at law of the late Maude H. Darrach, deceased, brought this action in the Probate Court of Marion County upon a complaint in one paragraph through which they seek to have the last will and testament of said decedent declared invalid on the grounds (1) that the same was unduly executed, and (2) that at the time the decedent made said will she was a person of unsound mind. The case was venued to the Hendricks Circuit Court where it was tried to a jury and from an adverse judgment it is brought here on certain reserved questions of law…
