This is an appeal by plaintiff from a judgment for defendants in an action to declare a trust. It was tried jointly with Estate of Williams, ante, p. 238 [17 Cal. Rptr. 716], in which we have this day filed an opinion and order. Separate judgments were rendered so that separate opinions have been filed.
