BUCKLEY, Circuit Judge:

Bobby Lloyd appeals his convictions for possession of cocaine and for failure to appear for his preliminary hearing. Lloyd argues that his drug-related conviction was based on evidence obtained by police during an unlawful search and seizure at Union Station in Washington, D.C. At a pretrial hearing, the district court denied Lloyd’s motion to suppress this evidence.
