EAGER, Judge.

This is a suit by a dissolved corporation (see § 351.565 RSMo 1949, V.A.M.S.) against the members of a real estate brokerage partnership and its employee for damages on account of fraudulent representations, concealment and breach of trust in connection with the sale of a motel. Plaintiff recovered $15,000 as actual damages; the jury allowed no punitive damages. Following the overruling of their motion for new trial, defendants appealed.
