MEMORANDUM OPINION

Chase Home Finance, LLC (“Chase”) commenced this adversary proceeding against Linda B. Gore, the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee for this Division (the “Trustee”), and Lisa L. Calloway, the debtor in the above chapter 13 bankruptcy case (the “Debtor”). 1 The parties admit that the legal description of a parcel of real property was inadvertently omitted from a pre-petition security deed made by the Debtor and now held by Chase. 2 In its complaint (AP Doc.
