Sherena Turner appeals the summary judgment rendered in favor of her former employer, the Florida Prepaid College Board (FPCB), on her claims of race discrimination and retaliatory discharge under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and interference with and retaliation for the exercise of her rights under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). 1 After thorough review of the record, we conclude that summary judgment was proper as to Turner’s Title VII claims but that genuine issues of fact remain as to her FMLA claims.
