Debtor/Appellant Michael L. Lewis (“Debtor”) appeals the order/judgment of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas that granted summary judgment for creditors Russell W. and Laura Cobb (“Cobbs,” unless referred to individually) on the issue of whether the Debtor’s debt to the Cobbs was nondis-chargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A). 1 Debtor argues the following: 1) the bankruptcy court erred when it found that it was collaterally estopped by a state bar disciplinary hearing from reconsidering the issue of intent under § 523(a)(2)(A) and…
