LEISURE, District Judge:

In this action, the United States Football League and certain of its member clubs (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “USFL”) have brought suit against the National Football League, its commissioner and certain of its member clubs (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “NFL”) for the NFL’s alleged violations of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1 and 2, and of the common law.
