STATEMENT OF THE CASE

This case was tried to a jury on the second substitute complaint (#240) filed by the plaintiffs, Jerrold M. Metcoff and David B. Wilson, against the defendant Michael J. Parrella, Sr., and the corporate defendants NCT Group, Inc., Midcore Software, Inc., and Artera Group, Inc. The corporate defendants were defaulted for failure to appear, and the trial proceeded against them as a hearing in damages.
