Plaintiffs bring this six-count complaint against the defendants, alleging violation of federal and state antitrust laws and breach of contract. Though there are several named plaintiffs and defendants, hereafter each side may at times be referred to in the singular. Jurisdiction for the federal claims is under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331, 1332 and 1337, and for the state claims under the doctrine of pendent jurisdiction. Count I alleges breach of contract.
