In this personal injury case, the sole question for decision is whether the trial court erred in excluding evidence of lost income allegedly suffered by the plaintiff. Finding the exclusion erroneous, we will reverse.
In a motion for judgment filed below, the plaintiff, Gary Dean Bullard, sought to recover from the defendant, Dina M. Alfonso, damages for personal injuries suffered by the plaintiff in an automobile accident allegedly caused by the defendant’s negligence.
