Rhodes v. Industrial Finance Corp.
Court of Appeals of Georgia
1Opinion of the CourtMacIntyre, J.
J. C. Rhodes brought this suit for damages against the Industrial Finance Corporation (trading as the Industrial Loan and Security Company, doing business as the Loan Brokerage Service) and P. L.
