This action was brought by the preferred stockholders' of the .Ottawa Gas and Electric Company against two other corporations, alleged to have some interest in the matter in controversy, and W. T. Harris, George A. Rodgers, C. H. Pattison, S. J. *8Mattox, Y. Hundley and I. W. King, alleged to be the officers and directors of the Ottawa Gas and Electric. Company.
