Defendant appeals from convictions for manslaughter in the second degree, ORS 163.125, assault in the third degree, ORS 163.165, assault in the fourth degree, ORS 163.160, driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII), ORS 813.010, and reckless driving, ORS 811.140, arising out of a three-vehicle automobile accident in June 1999 in Harney County. On appeal, she makes four assignments of error.
