This is an original proceeding instituted in this court by the filing of a petition for an alternative writ of prohibition. Relator, Norville W. Brickey, seeks to prohibit respondents, Hon. Julius R. Nolte, judge of the Circuit Court, Division No. I, of St. Louis County and John A.
