OPINION OF THE COURT

CREAN, Senior Judge:

In accordance with his pleas, the appellant was found guilty by a general court-martial of violating a lawful general regulation, making a false official statement, three specifications of larceny, two specifications of wrongful appropriation of military property, wrongful appropriation of private property, and unlawful entry in violation of Articles 92,107, 121, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 907, 921 and 934 (1988).
