The appellant, the plaintiff below, has assigned error upon the overruling of her motion for a new trial. The causes alleged in support of the motion were, that the verdict is contrary to law and not supported by sufficient evidence, and ei'ror of the court in admitting and excluding evidence, and in instructing the jury.
