It is contended on behalf of plaintiff in error Franklin Union Ho. 4 and appellants that the bill does not set up any jurisdictional facts, and for that reason the injunction was void ab initio. In support of this contention it is urged that the bill is brought by the Chicágo Typothetae, a voluntary association, for and on behalf of R. It. Donnelly & Sons Company and others, members of the association, and that the association is simply an employment bureau for its members and has no interest otherwise in their business and…
