| Appellants James and Jessica Anderson appeal from a November 29, 2010 permanency-planning order in Lo-noke County Circuit Court awarding permanent custody of their three children to their relative, Natasha Northweather. We affirm.

Facts

This case was initially opened on July 1, 2009, when the Andersons sought medical treatment for an arm injury to then three-year-old J.A.(2), which prompted a call by hospital staff to the Arkansas Department of Human Services (“DHS”) for suspected child abuse.
