This is an appeal by general partners of Mid-Manhattan Associates, a limited partnership, and the Yassky Corporation from a judgment and order entered July 22, 1965, which awarded summary judgment to plaintiff Riviera Congress Associates on the first cause of action of the complaint. The judgment changed the caption of the action, brought in the name of Riviera Congress Associates to the named five individual plaintiffs suing in a class action on behalf of themselves and other limited partners of Riviera Congress Associates; ordered that Riviera Congress Associates recover from the individual…
