I/The trial court rendered a 2013 judgment ordering the appellant, a former trustee of the subject trust to, among other things, deliver property of the trust and collect trust flies, records, and property held by himself as well as third-parties, including attorneys. Following the appellant’s production of certain items, the trust, through its current co-trustee, filed a rule for contempt, alleging that the appellant failed to satisfactorily comply with that underlying judgment.
