Defendant T.C. appeals from her conviction and resultant sentence to ten years in prison, with five years of parole ineligibility, for endangering the welfare of her child, Billy.1 The indictment of T.C. refers to the period between July 1, 1995, when Billy was nine years old, and November 6, 1996, when he was eleven years old.
