KIRSHBAUM, Justice.

Steven J. Barr, you appear before this court to receive a public censure for your professional misconduct. You were admitted to the Bar of this court on December 16, 1970. On February 13 and August 9, *13031985, prior to the request for investigation in this matter, letters of admonition were sent to you by the Grievance Committee as a result of two separate requests for investigation. You have not been the subject of any other disciplinary proceedings with regard to your professional conduct.
