OPINION

Salem Bend Condominium Association appeals the decision of the bankruptcy court dismissing its dischargeability complaint under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6). In light of the Supreme Court’s holding in Kawaauhau v. Geiger, _ U.S. _, 118 S.Ct. 974, _ L.Ed.2d _ (1998), that the intent required for willful and malicious injury is the intent to cause the resultant harm, we affirm.

I.ISSUES ON APPEAL

Whether the breach of a contractual obligation to pay condominium fees constitutes willful and malicious injury for purposes of 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6).
