Lonnie McGuffin prosecutes this appeal to reverse a judgment of conviction against him for the offense of keeping in his possession a still without registering the same as required by law.
While the defendant denied having in his possession the still in question, two witnesses for the State testified that they went to the still just after Christmas in 1921, and saw the defendant and George King in possession of the still and manufacturing whiskey with it.
