This is a prosecution for willful reckless driving under section 39-7,107.02, R. R. S. 1943, which provides in sub stance, that it shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle in such a manner as to indicate a willful disregard for the safety of persons or property. The complaint was filed in the municipal court of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, defendant was tried and convicted, error proceedings were taken to the district court for Douglas County, Nebraska, which were dismissed, and the defendant now appeals to this court.
