—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him, upon a plea of guilty, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree (Penal Law § 220.39 [1]), two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (Penal Law § 265.02 [1]), and other crimes. We reject the contention of defendant that County Court erred in denying his motion to suppress statements that he made to police because he was intoxicated when he made those statements.
