*196OPINION AND ORDER

¶ 1 Before the Court is Trent Hauge’s Petition for Writ of Supervisory Control wherein he argues that the District Court’s denial of his motion to suppress was a mistake of law resulting in a gross injustice. On July 31, 2001, we accepted jurisdiction in this matter pursuant to Rule 17, M.R.App.P. At that time we ordered Respondents to file a response to the search and seizure issues raised by Hauge. We further ordered that all proceedings in the District Court for the Twenty-Second Judicial District, Stillwater County, regarding State v. Hauge, Cause No. 00-19, be stayed…
