MEMORANDUM OPINION
I. Introduction.
Pending is the plaintiffs motion to quash pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 26(c) and 45 and his motion for a protective order. The court exercises jurisdiction over this diversity action in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
II. Background.
On September 4, 1992, Gerald L. Terwilliger filed suit against York International Corporation and its subsidiary, Bristol Compressors, Inc. (jointly referred to herein as “York”).
