1Opinion of the CourtHuskey, Judge

Ronaldo Dean Islas appeals from the district court's judgment of conviction. He argues *277 the district court erred when it denied his motion to suppress. We reverse the portion of the district court's order denying the suppression of the marijuana tincture droplets and tissue paper from Islas's pocket. We affirm the remainder of the district court's order and remand this case to the district court for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
