This case involves an appeal and cross-appeal from a decree of the district court dissolving the marriage of Debra Sue Weinand and Mark Christopher Weinand. In the dissolution decree, the district court concluded that it was in the best interests of Nicole Marie Weinand, a child bom to Debra during the marriage, for Mark to maintain a relationship with Nicole.
