MEMORANDUM OPINION

Hazel Hicks Carter, a/k/a Hazel M. Hicks, Debtor, Movant, filed a Motion to Avoid Lien on October 11,1994. W.S. Badcock Corporation, Respondent, filed its response on October 21, 1994.
