— In six related actions to recover damages for injury to real property, the defendant County of Nassau appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Robbins, J.), dated August 15, 1990, which granted the motion of the *747defendant Village of Great Neck Estates which, in effect, was to dismiss so much of the cross claims against it as were for indemnification.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs to the respondents appearing separately and filed separate briefs.
