KAROHL, Judge.
Craig and Jan Jasper, defendants, appeal from judgment for Christopher Kennedy, plaintiff, on his defamation action. Kennedy sued the Jaspers requesting injunctive relief and actual and punitive damages. The case was court-tried because of the equitable issues. At the opening of the trial, the court entered a consent order granting injunctive relief. At the conclusion of the evidence, the court found the Jaspers had published untruthful charges of misconduct by Kennedy. It found the Jaspers liable for actual damages of $30,000.
