HEILL, Associate Justice.
Action by Cora Lee Davis, the wife, and four minor children, of Ben E. Davis, to recover damages against the railroad for negligently causing his death. The trial of the cause resulted in a judgment in favor of appellees for $17,000, of which $7000 was awarded to the widow and $2500 to each of the children.
