This is a criminal complaint and warrant, charging the defendant with operating a motor vehicle on the public highway at a speed greater than was reasonable and prudent under the conditions and having due regard to the hazards then existing in violation of G. L. 1956, §31-14-1. The case was tried to a justice of the superior court, sitting without a jury, who found the defendant guilty as charged.
