PROCEDURAL HISTORY

433 South Beverly Drive, a California limited partnership, is the debtor and debt- or in possession pursuant to a voluntary petition under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code filed on August 24, 1988 (“Debt- or”). 1 The Debtor’s sole asset is an interest in a lease for real property and an approximately 10,000 square foot office building located thereon at 433 South Beverly Drive, Beverly Hills, California (the “Lease Property”).…
