The plaintiffs brought this action to enforce an arbitration award of the Joint Arbitration Board of the Plumbing Contractors Association of Chicago & Cook County and the Chicago Journeymen Plumbers Local Union 130, N.A. (“JAB”) against two plumbing contractors, Andrew A. Gilchrist and Raymond Traynor. Gilchrist and Traynor do not contest their liability under the arbitration award directly.
