GEE, Circuit Judge:
Liquid Carbonic Corporation (“Liquid”), a manufacturer of industrial gas products, supplied such products to three distributors in the New Orleans area, including plaintiff Red Diamond Supply (“Red Diamond") and defendant Acme Welding and Supply Company (“Acme”), which was acquired by defendant Awisco Corporation. Liquid also sold some of its products directly to customers who used them.
