This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment dismissing her suit on exception of no cause of action.

These are the pertinent facts: On August 30, 1932, Wilfred P. Guidry and his six brothers and sisters filed suit in the Parish of St. James against Etienne Joseph Caire and Jean B. C. Graugnard to recover an undivided two-thirds interest in a certain plantation, situated in that parish, then owned and possessed by the defendants.
