On January 27, 1919, plaintiff was injured in a collision between the automobile he was driving across defendant’s tracks and one of its street cars. The accident occurred in the outer portion of the city of Flint at a point where Durand street extending from the south connects with but does not cross West Court street, along which defendant’s street cars ran east and west upon a double-track line, the eastbound cars on the south track and the west-bound on the north track.
