In this .criminal matter, the defendant, Hernán Giraldo-Serna, was indicted on, and pleaded guilty to, one count of conspiring to manufacture and distribute five or more kilograms of cocaine, with the intent or knowledge that the cocaine would be unlawfully imported into the United States from Colombia.
